Lauren Roe, MS, CCC/SLP

- Speech-Language Pathologist

Lauren is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist and is in the process of becoming certified in Auditory-Verbal Therapy.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Arizona State University and her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. She became an Aural Habilitation Specialist through the training program at University of Texas at Dallas and is a Project Family 2000+ Scholar.

Lauren also co-developed the "Parent's Guide to Cochlear Implantation: Interactive CD-ROM." She has been a member of the Executive Council for the Texas Speech and Hearing Association (TSHA) and presented "Guiding Families through Cochlear Implantation" at the 2007 TSHA Convention (Lead Presenter). She has an enthusiasm for helping children achieve their full potential while providing their families with the necessary tools to maximize their progress.

Lauren is married to Wesley and has 3 daughters, Audrey, Kiley, and Haley.



Molly McMullen

Molly McMullen, MS, CCC/SLP

- Speech-Language Pathologist

Molly is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist. She received her Bachelors of Science in Speech-language Pathology from Texas Christian University and her Master's of Science in Communication Disorders from The University of Texas at Dallas. She has gained experience in private practice, public school, PPCD, and medical settings.

She has worked with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down's syndrome, seizure disorders, Genetic Syndromes, language disorders, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, and hearing loss. She feels that the best way to see progress in therapy is to tailor each session to the individual needs of the child, educate parents on how to implement strategies at home, and most importantly, to make it fun.

She currently resides in Fort Worth and is planning her upcoming wedding in May. She enjoys running, reading, ballet, playing tennis, and going to the lake.



Paige McMullan

Paige McMullan, MS CCC-SLP

- Speech-Language Pathologist

Paige is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Texas Christian University. Go Frogs!

She has pediatric experience in outpatient hospital, university clinic, and private practice settings. She has treated a variety of ages ranging from infants to young adults. She has worked with children with Down syndrome, Autism, hearing loss, and genetic disorders. Her treatment experience includes fluency (stuttering), articulation, language, voice, feeding, and social communication disorders. She also has experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to enhance language skills in children. Her treatment philosophy is that successful therapy centers on parent training and is best delivered in an engaging environment using functional activities.

Paige presented her master's thesis at the American Speech, Hearing, and Language Association National Convention in November 2016. The project involved comparing high-cost and low-cost equipment used for voice analysis.

Paige grew up in Keller and currently resides in Grapevine. She enjoys reading, cooking, yoga, walking her dog Piper, and scrapbooking.



Kaleigh Loeffler

Kaleigh Loeffler, MS, CCC/SLP

- Speech-Language Pathologist

Kaleigh is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Christian University. She has gained pediatric experience in outpatient hospital, university clinic, and private practice settings.

She has worked with children with Down syndrome, Autism, craniofacial anomalies, intellectual disabilities, and other genetic disorders. She has extensive experience working with preverbal children and children with hearing loss. She also has experience evaluating and treating children with swallowing difficulties and feeding disorders. She believes that the most effective treatment caters to the child's individual needs and includes the family. She also feels that establishing a positive and encouraging environment is essential in ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

Kaleigh grew up in Rockwall and currently resides in Fort Worth. She enjoys running, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She just recently completed her second half marathon and is looking forward to traveling this summer with friends.



Amy Gilbert

Amy Gilbert, MS, CCC/SLP

- Speech Language Pathologist

Amy is a certified and licensed speech and language pathologist. She obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas. She has experience working in medical, school district, ABA clinic, and private practice settings.

Amy has had the opportunity to work with a variety of professionals throughout the course of her career including: educational diagnosticians, licensed specialists in school psychology, visual impairment specialists, hearing specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, early childhood intervention specialists, and board certified behavior analysists. She gained valuable experience serving on a preschool assessment team which focused on evaluation and treatment of preschool children with local school districts for eight years. This experience additionally allowed her to interact with local Early Childhood Intervention and Head Start programs. Throughout the course of her career she has worked with children with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to: Autism, Down Syndrome, Intellectually Disabled, craniofacial anomalies, hearing impaired, Apraxia, and various genetic disorders. Amy believes that the most effective treatment plan is achieved when parents and professionals come together to work as a team to support communication success across environments.

Amy currently resides in Fort Worth with her husband, Jim, and two young children, Karissa and Emily. She enjoys spending time with family friends and traveling.



Amy Gilbert

Kaitlin Bednarz, MS, CCC/SLP

- Speech Language Pathologist

Kaitlin is currently a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas.

She has pediatric experience from university clinics, private practice, and public-school settings. She has treated a variety of ages and disorders such as: Autism, intellectual disabilities, receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation disorders, fluency (stuttering) disorders, and feeding disorders. She also has experience in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) including LAMP Words for Life, Proloquo2Go, Choice Board, and PECS. Throughout her experiences she has collaborated with occupational therapists, teachers, and applied behavior therapists.

She believes in a trust based intervention based on individual needs, parent education to carryover strategies at home, and client motivation.

Kaitlin currently resides in Fort Worth. She enjoys working out, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
